In the 1920s Prohibition era, Billy McCoy saw the ban on alcohol not as a plight, but as a business opportunity. Using his own money, he purchased two schooners which he sailed to Caribbeans and Africa in order to obtain alcohols that were not legal in America. Billy prided his liquors for not being watered down or made in a bathtub, he had the top of the line spirits. Customers knew this as well because when they opened up a bottle of liquor and knew it was the good stuff, they knew it was "the real McCoy" stuff.
Bringing the fun and flair of the 1920s to the modern times, we aim to take Billy McCoy's model of business by sharing our excellent cuisine and spirits and showing you that we too are "the Real McCoy."
