而能配著關東煮慢慢啜飲、細細品嘗的，則是日式清酒和燒酎。
有時候未必是真的餓了，而是品嘗一種感覺和氣氛
一種凝聚記憶的形式。
我們沒有日本料理店的拘謹，更有別於酒吧的壓迫感
