The Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee is a democratically elected group of volunteers. Elections take place every year at the Chamber AGM which is generally held in April.

Working sub-groups oversee the general running and direction of the Chamber; these are staffed by members of the executive and other volunteer chamber members. Currently the following sub-groups are active: Marketing and Membership (Philip Gale), Strategy (Sam Hallett), Events (Mark Landon), Finance (Ian Vickers) and Charity (Karen Simporis)
