Following his dream and passion for food, Brazilian chef João Carlos Olivera headed to the United States, where he honed his skills at Bice, an Italian Restaurant chain serving authentic cuisine in New York and various other cities around the globe, before venturing out onto his own in Miami with Tutto Pasta in 1994 and Tutto Pizza in 2001.
Tutto Pizza is the Roads and Brickell newcomers for the best authentic thin crust brick oven Pizza, progressive and incredibly fresh appetizers, salads, panini and more in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
