The newly renovated Victoria Park Market is home to a new food offering - and not a moment too soon. Tom Tom Bar & Eatery has it all - distinct seating areas for various menu offerings, a vibrant but relaxed vibe, and an outdoor balcony to rival most others.

Herne Bay Local owners Dayna Siarkiewicz and Andrew Clapham know a thing or two about dining, and have put their knowledge to good use in Tom Tom. What differentiates their new offering is taking it up a notch from the more laid-back pavement bar and bistro which mainly serves tapas and shared platters.

The distinct feel of the place is bright and urban, and being in the district allows for shoppers to park their shopping bags at their feet while tucking into some tucker. The menu has Asian influenced meals which vegetables like pak choy as well as using flowers in the chef Frasier Shenton’s pop-inspired presentation. The various menus cater to meal options for various times of the day. The menu is rich with seafood offerings including seafood chowder, and even baby octopus for the late night menu, with other sides of criss-cut potato chips, fried chicken, and oysters.

The relaxed feel with tap beer on offer as well as a selection of craft beer means diners will have a variety of choice.

The bold touches of colour including an exclamation mark with neon lights greenery hanging from the ceilings and the industrial space are brightened up by accents of colour including bright yellow chairs
