New seafood, steak and sushi restaurant on the seafront in Guernsey.

Located on the Seafront of St Peter Port; The Hook, Guernsey is the latest addition to the local dining scene.
Serving the freshest seafood and best cuts of aged meats in the first floor restaurant with fresh sushi prepared at the downstairs sushi bar and bar. The Hook, Guernsey can accommodate up to 80 guests.
Groups are welcome and can book the top floor function room for a more private affair.
Head Chef Barry uses the best local fish from the markets and selects the finest cuts of meats to be cooked with style and flair with an ever changing specials board.
Head sushi chef Thomas Blackshaw has created a delicious menu of favourites and innovative sushi using local Guernsey produce. The sushi team will prepare in front of guests fresh sushi, sashimi, maki and tempura.
The sushi bar is open for lunch, dinner and takeaway is available.
