The Flower Cart is a family owned Baltimore florist & plant shop located in Baltimore City, Maryland. Founded in 1961 by Fred and Joy Koletar, The Flower Cart is in its second generation of ownership by Mike and Kerry Koletar. We have served the Baltimore area with our flagship location on Harford Road, as well as the over 30 years located within The Johns Hopkins Hospital. The Flower Cart imports flowers from all over the world, but we are especially proud of our relationship with local flower farms in the Baltimore area and specialize in locally grown products when the season allows. We deliver daily to all Baltimore City neighborhoods and the surrounding counties. We are dedicated to creating beautiful designs and well as happy customers.
