After many years of cooking for bbq benefits, cookoffs, catering events, and good ole back yard bbq's Pit Bosses Rocky Torres and Mark Jimenez are here! Two long time friends put their dream together and created Texas Que Smokehouse. Our family and friends have found delight in the flavor of our slow smoked mesquite pit BBQ, and now we want you to experience the same family atmospehere and smoked meats that brought this dream to fruition. Our business is based on quality food and service that exeeds our customers expectitons. This is why we cook enough for the day. If we don't run out we donate all cooked food.
