Sven's cafe is a small business based in Milwaukee that began as Sven's Organic Coffee Co. in 1989. Sven's was the first fair trade coffee company in WI. Since then, Sven's has grown into two cafes, located in Bayview on Kinnickinnic and East town's Water St. Sven's uses time tested practices of coffee roasting. Sven's has always used traditional Probot and Gothot German roasters and top quality coffee beans so that you, our customers, can taste the difference in every cup.

We are committed to excellence in everything we do. We only choose the freshest local organic produce, the highest quality meat from local organizations (no processed meats), and the finest Wisconsin Cheese.

Continuing with our commitment to quality service and the environment, Sven's partnered with Breakaway courier service to deliver our food to your office as quickly and eco-friendly as possible.
