Rumbi Island Grill is a fast casual restaurant chain that specializes in tropical cuisine. Rumbi’s menu includes rice bowls, island-themed entrées, salads, hamburgers, and sandwiches. There are over 20 Rumbi locations, including 15 in Utah, 3 in Arizona, 2 in Idaho, 1 in Colorado and 1 in Las Vegas. Several additional locations are planned in Southern Nevada and Orange County, California.
