The exclusive Asian restaurant ZEN MARKET has opened its doors in Madrid. A restaurant which will become a must for Oriental cuisine in the capital has its location in Santiago Bernabeu stadium, a key area in Madrid, with whom it shares common values: exclusivity, unique atmosphere, prestige and recognition.

Hand in hand with experienced and successful restaurateur Roger Chen, ZEN MARKET captives through the senses. Roger Chen opts for a fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine with consolidated proposals such as roast duck or sushi, and creative combinations that come into being with creative dishes such as noodles with lobster, tuna tartar and black tobikko; specialties that coexist with more than 350 national and international reference wines. All of it at affordable price, and a great value for price.

Under the direction of the interior designer Nacho García de Vinuesa, ZEN MARKET wraps the visitor in the atmosphere of the twenty’s Shanghai. The restaurant has pieces of great historical value brought from China, most notably an ancient porch located at the main restaurant entrance, an imposing bust of Mao, and a large collection of stone lions of high decorative and artistic value.
