We are a cafe in Railtown specializing in delicious sous Vide meats.

Railtown Cafe provides fresh salads, soups and sandwiches made with healthy, and delicious sous vide proteins. Sous vide is a method that strays away from traditional oil and fat and allows true flavors to permeate through proteins by cooking at a low temperature for a long time period. This seals in the flavor of our high quality cuts of protein!
