Season opens on Feb. 14th, 2012 with a festive celebration! On every other Tuesday, the center’s kitchen prepares a feast of vegetarian food, with optional wild Alaskan salmon, at an affordable price. Prepared from the freshest ingredients using CSA produce received that day, this is the best deal for organic cuisine in the neighborhood. The cafe started serving dinner in May 2009, as a response to peoples requests for how to use the produce they were receiving, to create simple, healthy, delicious meals. Looking to expand its days and hours of operations, Organic Soul Cafe is also available for exclusive dining and catering events.
