Adam Mlynarczyk, Esq.

Mr. Mlynarczyk is the founding partner of the firm. He attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware and attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate studies. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the New Jersey Bar, the South Carolina Bar and the New York Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association and The Charleston Bar Association. He has in depth experience in torts, commercial litigation, business consulting, contracts, construction law, strategic business planning and development, and private equity mergers and acquisitions. Most recently focusing on business consulting and development, Mr. Mlynarczyk has used his business knowledge and experience to help many businesses and investors achieve short and long term goals, as well as improve efficiency and profitability.

Eric D. Saleme, Esq.

Mr. Saleme joined The Mlynarczyk Law Firm, LLC in September 2011. He received his BA in Philosophy from West Virginia University in 2002. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law in 2010. Mr. Saleme speaks fluent Spanish and will be practicing primarily in the areas of immigration, personal injury, criminal defense. Mr. Saleme is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association.

C. Brandon Belger, Esq.

Mr. Belger joined The Mlynarczyk Law Firm, LLC in the beginning of 2012. He has a BA from The College of Charleston and graduated Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law in May of 2011. Mr. Belger will focus his practice to business formations and bankruptcy. Mr. Belger is a member of the South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, as well as the Charleston County Bar Association.
