The chef of the company has worked in many of the fine dining restaurants in Atlanta and California, also some of the prestigious catering companies. He has a BA in hospitality/Restaurant management. His back ground is creole and French and American cuisine. He has studied many other cultural foods such as Ethiopian, Jamaican, Thai, Spanish, etc. Chef tries to infuse many of the flavors to make it memorable to your palate, and an unforgettable experience.
