In June of 2012, Julie and Breau decided to open their flagship restaurant, "Julies Chicken and Waffles “Just Soul Babee”, in Mesa Arizona. It ‘s been an instant success. Mrs. Julie wanted to share the great Chicken & Waffles idea with Breau who is a Chef and been trying to get his own Soul Food Restaurant(JUST SOUL BABEE) for years. So they decide to collaborate on this Franchise Adventure and Julie’s Chicken & Waffles Just Soul Babee been a BIG SUCCESS!!! THEY WILL BE STARTING IN ARIZONA BUT TRUST ME THEY WILL SOON BE IN YOUR CITY!!! :)
Julie & Breau said there food, staff and customer service of Just Soul Babee will soon become the talk of the Soul Food Era."Doing things different, better and the right way", will always be our goal at Just Soul Babee, proclaim Mr. Rhodes. With the success of Julie’s Chicken & Waffles, Julie decided to closed down her Julie’s Chicken & Waffles Fine Dining Theatre to open up this Franchise with Mr. Rhodes which seems to be a Great Success and Mrs. Julie said Mr. RHODES HAS BEEN A TRUE BLESSING TO ME!!! Julie still have her traditional Julie’s Chicken & Waffles Southern Cuisine menu but since teaming up with Chef Breau he has expanded the menu to include his Famous known BREAU-BBQ wings. His sauce that’s well known from East Coast to West Coast.
