Hotplate Steak House 赤堂鐵板牛排,2010年10月成立,劉堂興師傅擁有四十多年的廚藝經驗,他帶著一身手藝,創立了全澳洲唯一的一家原味牛排館,店內每一道牛排均由劉師傅豐富的經驗與純熟的火侯技術來掌舵,採用的肉品也皆是頂級牛肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,沾著鋪在鐵盤底下的蒜泥奶油一起品嚐,不須添加任何醬料,即具一番風味,所以每一位饕客只要親臨品味,沒有不吃上癮的,赤堂真的會讓您上癮喔!

劉堂興師傅表示,他強調四十年來,他始終選用頂級牛排,再以純熟的功夫烹調,難怪能滿足每一張挑剔的味蕾。
再說到劉師傅的拿手絕活「一級沙朗牛排」,一定得採用上等新鮮牛排,保持百分百的鮮嫩度,不油不膩,肉質柔嫩多汁的口感,不僅使饕客口齒留香,更讓人回無窮,吃了還想再吃。
另一道「功夫洋蔥湯」更是湯品中的絕品,該湯以百公斤的生鮮洋蔥,經細火慢炒,最後只剩下十公斤的洋蔥精髓,以此精髓熬製成的洋蔥湯,無怪乎每一位客人都讚不絕口,如此費時、費工,不符成本的正宗製作手法,在一般的西餐廳中已少見了。
