I took my class 3 through Gennaro, everyone who works there is committed to helping you achieve success. The instructor I had was AWESOME! He was firm but fair, and very knowledgeable. I passed with flying colours on my first attempt. I highly suggest getting your training done with Gennaro if you're looking for any type of commercial license.

I'm a few years away from retirement from my current occupation. After I retire my plan is to farm and will require a class 3 license to operate my truck. I took both the air and drivers training courses at Gennaro Transport training. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. Frank my driving instructor was very experienced and patient with this old guy trying to teach me new tricks. I came away having greater knowledge and confidence understanding how the truck works and driving a larger vehicle. Greatly appreciated ! I also have to recognize the administration staff (Barb) who is very organized arranging driving training times and exam dates. Sometimes it can be a very busy place. Top notch company I would recommend to anyone. Oh BTW I passed my driving exam on my first try.

Rob is a great driving instructor he helped me with real world problems and great tips and tricks for back up manoeuvres. Happy also had some good tips for driving and handling intersections. We have used Gennaro in the past for multiple class 3 Road exams and now a class 1 and have nothing but positive things to say. Barb at the front desk is fantastic and keeps the place going! James and Roger were my instructors and coming into it I hadn't a clue how to drive a standard, let alone a semi- tractor and trailer. Just earned my class 1 MELT licence through Gennaro. Excellent school, very knowledgeable instructors who know how to get through to the student and explain things so they understand. The whole experience was very professional. The atmosphere even at the front desk is very warm and welcoming, Barb is super friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you have all your bases covered. After how impressed i was obtaining my class 3 license through this school they did not disappoint for my class 1 course. My instructor Rob really did go above and beyond to ensure i was prepared for my test. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this school to anyone looking for a reliable and safe program to get a CDL. 10 out of 10 experience!!

Gennaro is a great place to get your class 1 I had Roger for the classroom training he makes the dry government program easier to get through with little stories. For beginning in truck training I had Colleen she is very easy to get along with and is great at training she will take you on your first day thinking you are going to destroy the transmission to on your second lesson shifting in traffic and feeling confident she is a fantastic teacher. I had Rob for the end of my training he is a easy going laid back guy with decades of experience to pass on he will take you on jobs delivering to loading docks around the city which is a great way to prefect backing up in unique or super tight situations which will make the back ups on the test a breeze also a awesome teacher. Last but not least is Barbara the face and voice of gennaro on top of handling all the emails and paperwork also goes above and beyond in working around dozens of people's work schedules making the training schedule work. Without her I am sure the place would fall apart. If you are thinking of getting your class 1 or any other training they offer you can't go wrong with gennaro

This is an amazing school Barb and Sabrina and all the staff are amazing, rollie was my instructor, but i was not able to understand the 90 parallel and had a hard time and got james for a couple lessons and that made a huge difference, all the instructors are great but we all learn in a different way so you just have to know what works and if you feel like your not understanding make sure you talk to the front staff they are understanding and wonderful people. I'm really glad i went to this school , i had 0 experience before i went to this school i never even been inside a truck before and they taught me how to drive like a pro, and i just passed and got my class 1!! Thanks to everyone at the school.
