PHILOSOPHY

Italian Gelato — produced like in 1962. Lovingly handmade with only natural ingredients. No chemicals. No artificial flavorings. No colorings and no preservatives are used in products.
Like our Great Grandfathers, we follow the same traditional methods in producing the real Italian taste of the best and freshest gelato, sorbets and sherbets — tasting as good as we remember growing up as a child!
To ensure our products are of the highest quality, we only use the freshest seasonal fruits, pure whole milk and the best French Cream we can find for the base of this delicious authentic Italian dessert. Adding the best hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Sicily, single origin chocolate from South America and Africa, the purest vanilla beans from Madagascar and Polynesia, freshly imported cheeses from Europe as well as the best selection of liquors for our famous spirit infused gelato, we can proudly call our product the best gelato in Singapore! We live the passion for our tradition.
DEVELOPMENT

The partnership and the preparation of the project started in 2009 and were registered as Pte Ltd. in Singapore in 2010. In 2010 we started to manufacture our product in our own factory in Jurong Food Hub.
2011 saw the opening of our first kiosk in Plaza Singapura. In 2012 we opened new outlets in Orchard Road (Takashimaya), Jurong (JCube) and Bugis+. Focusing on the continuous search for new locations will allow us to soon achieve our target of becoming the number one, market leader, both in the quality of the product as well as in numbers of outlets in Singapore.
