Gaspar Brasserie, from the team behind Gitane, Cafe Claude & Claudine, features French brasserie cuisine, helmed by Chef Chris Jones.
Slated to open in Fall of 2013, Gaspar Brasserie highlights the best of French Brasserie cuisine, style, and ambiance! The double level space will house two full bars, a wide selection of Fruits de Mer, French classics, and a fantastic Loire-driven wine list with a heavy focus on sparkling wines & champagnes! Also serving hotel guests at the adjacent Galleria Park Hotel, look for AM Room Service starting in the beginning of October 2013.
