El Agave

Most of us think of El Agave as the key ingredient to any fine tequila. In Wilmington, however, we refer to it as one of the best and most authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. El Agave has been serving the Wilmington community since June of 2001, dishing out great entrees like shrimp and steak fajitas, slow cooked simmered pork, the always-popular enchiladas and some of the coldest margaritas around. To commemorate it's 10th anniversary in Wilmington, El Agave moved its location this summer to Independence Mall right across from ruby Tuesday to better serve its patrons. The new location has a much larger dining area, a new interior design and not to mention a new menu with some exciting news items.
