Chefs Francis Brennan and Jeff Mahin are excited to announce the opening of Do-Rite Donuts & Coffee at 50 W. Randolph Street. The shop offers hand-crafted donuts, made fresh every hour. Both Brennan and Mahin have a passion and skill for working with dough; Brennan created the bread program at Michelin-starred L20 and Mahin serves critically acclaimed pizza to the A-Listers on the West Coast. Donuts became a passion project that brought them together.
