Modern European restaurant led by Chef Aue who spent over 10 years polishing his cooking skill in New York and 5-star hotel in Bangkok.

Meaning horses in Italian, Cavalli Kitchen & Bar was established by two co-founders, Chef Aue (pronounced like ‘ooh’ with high consonant) and Ju who were born in the year of the Horse. They shared dreams and passions about food and wine and decided to start a restaurant business together.
