Welcome to the official page of Cafe Avat. The history of Avat goes deep into the heart of Kyrgyzstan. My parents founded this place in 2002. Since then they could combine ancient culinary traditions of Uighur cuisine. Bishkek citizens fell in love. Now, it's my turn to conquer the hearts of Brooklyners. My name is Maksum.
