My fiance was there for a quick wash and polish. the service was so bad!! after an hour of waiting for the car they did not polish the car, and when asked when they going to polish they told him that they do not do specials on some days he must come back another day for the polish plus he must pay extra for the polish. after speaking to a few managers that did not assist him he spoke to the owner who was really rude and told him what he wanted my fiance to do?

I will never in my life go back there, and will tell everyone i know what happened and will not recommend them going there...
