PilatesByPamela is a STOTT Pilates studio located in Philadelphia, PA. We provide reformer and mat sessions for people of all levels. We have a really exclusive, comfy setting that radiates a feeling of calmness and focus. Only private or duet sessions are provided, enabling customers to take part in challenging and motivating mind-body workouts without diversion. Our studio is geared up with modern devices consisting of the following: V2 Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels, Complementary small equipment and other accessories.
