楊記酸梅湯全部飲品皆嚴選親煮，非一般使用濃縮汁及香料調製而成，絕無天加梅汁、梅醬、檸檬濃縮等，絕不含人工香精香料及防腐劑。

楊記良心湯|皆由中藥材熬煮而成，以烏梅、紅梅、甘草、仙楂，用小火熬煮12小時以上，刪去腥油膩之堆積，可迅速消除疲勞、恢復體力，具有極強的抗菌力，不但生津止渴，能幫助消化、增進食慾，還可以清腸胃、防止腹瀉，尤其對酸性體質好處多多，還可以促進唾液與胃液的分泌、保護腸胃。
