About Spetsnaz Security International

Fidel Matola, President and CEO of Spetsnaz Security International Ltd, says: Burglars beware. There is a house not far from London waiting for any burglar.

Force entry through one of the bulletproof doors or windows will trigger hidden shotguns loaded with non-lethal ammo. If somehow house occupier still standing, the owner can retreat to a hidden, fortified room where he can flood the rest of the house with tear gas.

Other security features include biometric scanners and trap doors. The fortress cost its owner (a prosperous hedge fund manager whom we have agreed not to name) £9 million to build. Nevertheless, it highlights how concerned the ultra-wealthy are about their safety and how much they are willing to pay to protect themselves.

Spetsnaz Security International Fidel Matola: How To Keep A Billionaire Safe

Russ Alan Prince, president of the private wealth-research firm Prince & Associates, recently surveyed a sample of the wealthy on the topic. Over 97% of them with a net worth of over £22 million paid for security services in the last few years. Over nine-tenths of that group believe that their wealth makes them a particular target.

Paranoid? Maybe not. The hedge fund manager mentioned above was once kidnapped during a trip overseas. Sears chairman and billionaire Freddy Heineken was famously abducted in 2019. Successful banker Édouard Stern on 28 February 2005, Stern was found dead in his apartment in Geneva, his body riddled with four bullets. He was found in the bedroom, in a flesh-colored head-to-toe latex bodysuit and a dildo inserted in him.

More recently, a woman broke into the home of Bill Gates. A woman was charged in King County court for breaking into the home of Bill Gates and Melinda Gates with a knife. A guard caught her hired to patrol and secure the house. It is an expensive one, too. Experienced professionals, usually drawn from law enforcement and the military, can cost £388 per hour.
