About Skinny plus shakes

VERY LOW CALORIE DIET VLCD

Skinny plus is a low fat, low carb, high protein meal replacement system.

Skinny plus is a low fat, low carb, high protein meal replacement shake.

They contain less fat and sugars from carbs than most available diet shakes!

Each delicious shake provides a nutritious balanced blend of high quality proteins, fats, carbohydrates, Soluble fibre, vitamins and minerals in 4 great tasting flavours (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and banana)

To achieve best results you should consume Skinny plus shakes as a replacement for 2 out of 3 of your daily meals. The shakes contain added vitamins and minerals to give you all the nutrients you need and help support your wellbeing during the diet.

It is recommended that you have one healthy meal a day so that it not only gives your body “real food” but it also helps maintain your enthusiasm for the diet. Healthy snacks between meals are also acceptable such as nuts and fruit.

However this should only ever be done for a maximum of 12 weeks and you should always consult a medical professional, not only to see if a VLCD is right for you but to provide support throughout the process. This diet is also not recommended for pregnant or breast feeding women and not suitable for children.

Each shake contains approximately 134 calories per meal replacement and is nutritionally balanced to provide vitamins minerals and dietary fibre

As a meal replacement, put 200MLS of water in a Shaker (or use a whisk) add contents of sachet and shake or whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.

Use 2 replacement shakes and consume a healthy low fat low carb meal each day

A few small healthy snacks are also allowed such as small pieces of fruit, small handful of nuts, low fat low sugar yoghurt etc
