The Paleo Cafe is an innovative and revolutionary business model combining both a retail store and unique health food cafe, based on the Paleo Diet. Paleo Cafe is currently the first and only of its kind in Australia. At Paleo Cafe we are proud to be different. We adopt the paleo philosophy which is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. The paleo lifestyle is about eating and living as mother nature intended. That means eating a good variety of meat, seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries. Avoid eating dairy, grains, sugars and preservatives which our bodies were not designed to digest. Make sure you get enough sleep, exercise, play time and laughter. Paleo Cafe is a convenient, single point of reference for Paleo food supplies (including convenient pre-made meals and snacks), educational material, natural and organic baby products, natural supplements, vitamins, medicines and sport and performance products, at competitive prices. There is a strong emphasis on education and promoting healthy eating and living. Our customers are recommended to contact Whole 9 South Pacific for any specialist nutritional and medical advice required. Books are available for purchase and the cafe also contains a library of Paleo information and cookbooks. Recipe idea cards are available to customers to encourage and educate them to cook paleo at home. In time, the vision is to also offer a Paleo Cafe line of products including trail mix, granola, snack balls, mayonnaise, sauces, salad dressings etc.

Paleo Cafe serves great coffee (Genovese), fresh juices and smoothies, coconut ice-cream and high quality healthy breakfast and lunch meals and snacks, without the temptation of unhealthy food options. The Paleo Cafe is an upbeat, positive and friendly environment where customers can enjoy convenient health food shopping and eating whilst being surrounded by like minded people who are passionate about the Paleo way of living or healthy living generally.
