About Healthy Homes NZ
Healthy Homes NZ is a family-run business providing professional services to support property owners and improve home quality for house dwellers all over NZ.
Founder Nathaniel Hamilton established Healthy Homes NZ to ease the burden on landlords and property managers when navigating contamination issues in residential rental properties. By partnering with Healthy Homes NZ, property managers and homeowners are better equipped to make their dwellings safer and more compliant with NZ laws.
Working with the team of experts at Healthy Homes NZ, property owners are guided through the Residential Tenancies Act so they can meet the requirements of the property management industry.
Through the Healthy Homes Assessment, technicians can provide clients with a full audit of their property, including contaminant testing, professional advice, and a detailed report on the actions necessary to meet new Healthy Homes requirements. These services are offered at competitive prices.
Healthy Homes NZ offers asbestos testing, meth testing, mould testing, smoke alarm testing and installation, and other property maintenance services, proving that Healthy Homes NZ is committed to helping property managers meet every requirement to create healthier, safer, and more compliant NZ homes.
Healthy Homes NZ has services available in Whangarei, Auckland, Waikato / Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, and Christchurch. Visit https://www.healthyhomesnz.co.nz/ today for more information.
