BACKSTORY

—

The cookies I make are the byproduct of an obsession to bake the best chocolate chip cookie that I can.

The dough is more or less made of only flour, kosher salt, baking soda, butter, blackstrap molasses, white sugar, moscovado sugar, and cage free eggs.

It’s later cured in the fridge for at least 72 hours prior to seeing any heat. I find this makes for cookies that taste and feel more married together than its straight-to-the-oven counterpart.

HOW-TO-ORDER
