Goat and marscopone cheese sauce. Available in several combinations.

Telliggo and Fontina cheese sauce topped with roasted butternut squash. Can be made with braised pork.

Reuben Mac

A riff on the classic sandwich. Swiss and Fontina cheese sauce, housemade pastrami, sauerkraut, and a rye bread crumb.
