"If you are a business looking for a place to contract out your work, the professionals at BCI Packaging in St Louis, MO, can help. At this packaging company, they implement not just a business mission but a social mission. They want to ensure that they are a company that provides all people with opportunities to have fulfilling employment by providing people with disabilities with jobs that not only allow them to support themselves but also to grow as people.

Over 55 years ago, Jane Crider and Margaret Holmes thought of a way to give every person a chance to live a productive life by creating a business model that provided those with disabilities a way to contribute to their community. From their first small candle making company that employed one disabled individual to the packaging company that employs 250 people with disabilities today, this company has never lost their focus or their reputation for quality work.

The mission at this packaging company is to give workers dignity, hope and purpose. Businesses will greatly appreciate the work being done by the individuals, as contracting out to this company provides them with both efficient and affordable packaging solutions. With BCI Packaging, business owners are not only able to get quality packing services but are able to serve a social mission that they can be proud of.
