The Sauvage Bistro in Neukölln is where the Paleo food revolution began—truly the world’s first Paleo restaurant.

-------

Since the opening of our second Paleo restaurant in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood, our guests have inspired us to turn our cozy restaurant on Pflügerstrasse into something completely new--not just delicious meals, but a place to learn about and experience all the different parts of the Paleo philosophy.

When you visit us at the Paleothek, you'll have the opportunity to look through a small library of books on the Paleo diet and theory as well as take classes from our cooks and learn how to bring your new Paleo knowledge back home to your own kitchen.

NOTE: Only a limited number of reservations are available for our Neukölln Bistro to be made by phone after 5pm.
