The original Quaker Steak & Lube® was founded in 1974 and built in an abandoned gas station in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Commonly referred to as “The Lube,” the restaurant features a unique blend of great service, award-winning food, supercharged events and the most eye-popping décor in the restaurant industry. Today, with over 41 locations, The Lube serves over 80 million wings annually, sells its bottled sauces around the world, has won the title of “Best Wings USA,” and has over 100 local, national and international awards for its wings and 21 signature wing sauces.
In addition to its award-winning chicken wings, The Lube boasts a large selection of menu items including burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads, steaks and ribs. There’s always something FUN happening at the Lube as the restaurants feature weekly events/specials like “Kids Eat Free Mondays,” “All-You-Can-Eat Tuesdays,” and “Bike-Night Wednesdays.” Additionally, guests are welcome to put their heat-seeking skills to the test as they bravely take on The Lube’s famous “Atomic Wing Challenge,” which includes consuming some of the hottest wings known to man and living to talk about it the next day.
