Pembo Cieutat originated in 1942 out in Gentilly by Mrs. Emma Pembo Cieutat. A location was opened in Metairie and, later, the Northshore. After being a 20 yr student, Kim Speziale took ownership in 2001. We are a proud Dance Masters Certified school.
