Everything was good except for the employees at the 2nd floor who started turning off the lights eventhough we were still inside and telling us to leave because customers downstairs might scold them because we were still there. The guy told us they will close at 9pm (We still had 5-10 minutes before 9pm) but in such a tone like " Go Away Already! We will close any minute!!" The BEST PART is when we finally went out and the guy employee told us (again, in a RUDE manner) that we still owe them payment for 3 mango shakes. Which they also found out, it was their FAULT that they did not punch it in and was not included in our final bill. Paying was not the issue, but the WAY the employee deals with his customers. The WAY he SAYS things. Our department will NEVER go back to this place ever again. (FYI: You just lost about 3-4k worth of dinner.) What is GREAT FOOD if EMPLOYEES who serve you have TERRIBLE MANNERS? Great food is worthless if the ones who serve do not know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and how to deliver it exactly.
