Madera is a unique kitchen-inspired food served simply and conveniently in a comfortable chic yet homey ambiance.

Welcome to Madera Kitchen! It has been quite a journey for all of us at here, as we began exploring a unique approach in creating a Culinary TV show with the idea to appeal to the “Foodies” in Indonesia.

Growing up with cooking shows, the likes of Jamie Oliver, Nigella Bites and Mr. Bourdain to name a few, created a new revelation on how our relationship with food could be so addictive. So much so, that we became inspired to produce our own version entitled “Spice of Life”.

Spice of Life can be seen on AFC (The Asian Food Channel) starting January 2014, but you also catch us on youtube, and you will soon understand how our love for creating these palatable episodes, with the premise of making cooking so easy and entertaining, has motivated us to pursue other Culinary and Travel shows.

In the pipeline is “Kitchen Talk with Bara Pattiradjawane” and “Flavors of Indonesia,” where we will travel to the roots of mouthwatering and flavorful recipes within our charming regions of Indonesia.

In between our production, we decided to optimize our “kitchen platform” and share some of the yummy recipes that we have savored over the years. As there are plenty, stay tuned for the unveiling of unique eclectic dishes created by our very own super cooks.

Our goal is to ensure that we deliver on the taste.... Because ultimately, Food is a feeling, and there is no better feeling than to experience and relish the flavors of good food. Most importantly, there is no better feeling than to gather around the table surrounded by the laughter, love and the clanking of china and simply enjoy!

So stay tuned and make sure to visit us during our production breaks , every Friday to Sunday ☺
