In my childhood, my parents worked and I would prepare meals myself. I was a latchkey kid. When I prepared instant ramen, I tried to make it taste better. Young people like noodles, such as udon, soba, and ramen. It’s easy to prepare them. In the beginning, I would prepare simple ramen, but soon I got bored. Then I added various ingredients, such as fried vegetables on top of ramen. That might have been the start of my ramen life.
