Very bad experience with this company. Unprofessional and rude staff. They treat customers like if they are doing you a favor when in fact they are making a fee off of you. Thanks to us "the customers" they have an income. Manager is the worst of all, no leadership what so ever, no wonder the staff is the way they are.. They need to understand that without us "the clients" they wouldn't have the business. When you FINALLY get through and speak to soneone, they come across like.....you are taking their time. WON'T DO ANOTHER DEAL WITH THEM. Make sure to never sell or buy a home using this so called escrow co, there are lots of escrow companies out there to use for your deal that know how to treat the customers with respect and give you the service you deserve, no need to go through so much headaches. I just wished I would have known about their bad customer service prior to accepting my agent to open escrow with them, if I would have known I would have said NO WAY open escrow with an independent escrow company. My question is where is the owner of this company, he/she should be more hands on so they can see first hand what kind of staff they have handling their escrow dept..........but maybe they don't care, all they want is to make money off of us and don't care about customer service????????????????

I WILL NEVER allow them to handle my escrow even if they offer to do it for free or pay me to allow them to handle the transaction. I feel sorry for anyone that uses them. The agents should be ashamed on putting their clients through so much stress by using Chris and the escrow team. I would recommend for the agents to go with an independent escrow company instead of their so called escrow team. This is a joke of a company. Broker should replace the HOLE ESCROW STAFF.
