You’ll start with an aromatherapy session in your own peaceful, partitioned area of the foot spa and oxygen bar. While feet soak in a bath of warm water, breathe in your choice of scent, like invigorating lemon or relaxing lavender. Then, settle in for 30 to 60 minutes of highly skilled reflexology treatment. This ancient Asian massage technique activates pressure points on your feet—from heels to toes—to relieve stress and tension throughout your whole body, improve circulation, increase energy and balance the nervous system. Turns out your feet really do support your entire body.
