Why is our coffee different?

That's because we care about freshness more than anyone else. We purchase freshly roasted beans directly from the roaster, and ensure that our beans are used within 3 weeks. We also store our beans fresh by sealing them in bags, storing them in air tight containers, and keeping them cool and dry in our dark room. Besides, it is important to brew it right! We are specialized in slow bar brewing methods, to unleash the original taste and nature of our high quality beans. Great method must also pair with good grinding habit. Thus, we manual grind our beans only every time before we brew, to ensure complete freshness of the cup we serve you. We are extremely particular in every tiny details of the brewing process, including water temperature, pouring speed, pouring techniques, water pressure, and even the water we use. All these things we do allow us to serve you the best cup of coffee we can ever make!
