In 1990, our Chef, Ms. Phuong started her own business selling cabbage salad with boiled duck on the street at the corner of Mac Thi Buoi and Dong Khoi street, then she moved to the alley on the opposite side of Mac Thi Buoi street. The alley became more crowded and bustling when the lunch time came, gathered by all ranges of people living in Saigon from officers to some celebrities and businessmen. It had made a remark for the lunch time at that alley for a long time.

As a moving on step for a better service, she joined DUCK DELI to carry on her traditional dish in a better, bigger environment.

DUCK DELI is about the authentic cabbage salad with boiled duck, adsorbed in our unique homemade sauce, and served together with congee, glass-noddle, or rice noddle.

Full range of drinks are available, but we suggest to try our homemade soy milk, fresh and good for health.
