Double take! You saw right, Double D BBQ is a hand crafted, full size, mobile train that is a fully functional BBQ. This masterpiece, commonly referred to as the “D-Train” is equipped with every barbequer’s must haves. A smoke pit filled with hickory or applewood, that can smoke up to 600 pounds of juicy pork brisket, mouth watering ribs and tri tip that is perfectly tender. A flat top grill and large BBQ grill that can make anything from pancakes to tri tip quesadillas! The D-Train was designed and built by Owner/Operator/Grill Master, Dan Dorsey. Dan’s passion for art, design and barbequeing blended together to make one epic barbeque. After Dan retired from 30 years of car design he built this masterpiece of a food truck and started a business with his wife Giuliana three sons Daniel, Brian and Andrew and there eldest daughter Cristina.
