BBD’s is a true burger joint. Our name stands for beers, burgers and desserts but here, it is the hamburger that truly stands on a pedestal. We grind and patty all our meat on-site and while our competitors only cook their burgers one-way, we offer three different styles of the mouth-watering American classic.

Our steakhouse burger is prepared using a custom-made, cast iron grill where the meat is cooked over the ambers of a blended wood and charcoal fire resulting in a smoky, deep flavor reminiscent of a juicy hamburger served at your favorite upscale steakhouse. Our griddled burger is cooked on a specially created griddle that allows the meat to cook in its own delicious fat before we add our secret BBD’s sauce, top it off with a soft bun, wrap it in paper and its ready to serve. It’s so delicious you will no longer care that a certain West Coast burger brand refuses to come out east. Last but certainly not least, our steamed burger is fit for the king of a castle. Cooked over a custom grill in a slurry of onions and chopped baby pickle chutney before being incased in a white bread bun.

For classic American restaurants there is no better accompaniment to a delectable burger than an ice-cold, thirst quenching brewski. While our 30-foot bar, a reclaimed wooden treasure saved from a New York salvage yard, offers a full selection of alcohol there’s some extra love and attention given to the world’s oldest fermented beverage. We’ve divided our comprehensive beer menu into three categories; American classics, European imports and Craft beers hand-selected from the best of the best local microbrews from New York and New Jersey. Whether it’s a long-served classic or an opportunity to try something new our beer menu serves as the perfect compliment to our unique burgers.

Everybody loves something sweet, special and extraordinary as the end-cap to a phenomenal meal. BBD’s offers two contrasting choices of incomparable desserts; one focusing on inventive original creations and another offering inspired takes of contemporary classics. It is on this remarkable menu where homemade banana splits and french toast apple pie stand alongside mind-blowing originals such as the popsicle brulee and our signature molten caramel chocolate tube.
